LUNCH IS SERVED!

Special presentations of lunch favorites are being provided for the Assisted Living Residents with the most recent main entrée being Tacos. The meal was created by Activity Director Paul Graham with his assistant Trudy, a Hanover House resident.

Was it good? “It was excellent,” said another resident.

The most fun was had by Trudy, Hanover House Resident who gallantly put forth her gastronomical expertise. Today also marks the beginning of a chef on board to prepare the noon meal at the houses. Trudy is shown concentrating on the ground beef for the Tacos, while Paul readies the Tortillas. The pilot “Chef Onboard Program” will eventually be brought to all houses for the main noon meal. Brenda of the “Chef Onboard Program” is shown initiating the first of daily lunches that will be prepared with diners looking on.
