NEW EXERCISE PROGRAM !

Gramercy Court, in partnership with the Arthritis Foundation Program announces an Exercise Program to be held twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays, beginning in October.
There is a better way to manage arthritis pain.

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program was developed especially for people with arthritis. This class is designed to assist a person with reducing their arthritis pain while maintaining fitness.

The classes are lead by Mary Hall, Certified Occupation Therapy Assistant at Gramercy Court, who has completed her instructor training with the foundation. Mary has been with Gramercy Court for more than 7 years.

5:00 P.M. TO 5:45 P.M. INTRODUCTORY REGISTRATION OFFER
$20 FOR 8 SESSIONS
