Gramercy Court was designed with the selective senior in mind. Located in Arden Arcade, Sacramento County, the complex focuses on individual social and health care needs in a charming and comfortable living environment.

Gramercy Court is a unique blend of technological design, progressive management and the human touch.The entire facility is computerized; from the individually climate-controlled resident rooms to the key staff management computer stations. The complex is driven to efficiency. This allows for more efficient use of time, thus affording more time and attention to the resident. Our intention is to effectively respond to the demands from the selective consumer for nothing less than a quality of living that is fitting and responsive to expectations. Our residents are our main concern as is reflected in our Mission Statement.

Nestled in the quiet ambiance of a residential neighborhood, Gramercy Court imposes a sight of urban living in Cape Cod. For the visitor, the intimacy of a small community strikes the eye and mind. Underneath it all lays an active township which not only is pleasing in aesthetics but fulfills those in need of specific health services. Gramercy Court is a health care complex that provides independent and dependent adults with several levels of care on a monthly subscription basis. Also provided, is outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy.

Gramercy Court in Sacramento, California, is comprised of a Skilled Nursing Facility with 120 licensed beds and a separate Assisted Living Residence with 54 assisted living apartments for frail adults. Although housed in separate quarters, the entire community is integrated within this 5.3 acre setting. Gramercy Court is a collection of various catered services, health and others within a residential setting. This is probably the closest one could get to a home environment in the neighborhood with various needs being met as residents age in place. Designed with the frail adult in mind, the four levels of care services and Rehabilitation Therapy programs offer the dependent adult diverse health care services.

The health care spectrum at Gramercy Court consists of Rehabilitation Services an Assisted Living Residence and a Skilled Nursing Facility at the far end. This arrangement lets the frail adult "age in place." It also lets couples stay together when health frailties dictate one of the partners to seek a higher level of care.
